Adrian Guzman (machinepack) is a self-taught hip-hop artist best known for his sample-based production. At 21, he has produced for himself and others, self-releasing a catalog of beat tapes through a website he built himself, which doubles as his label, gallery, and publishing house.

He brings the same sampling logic to his visual practice, through digital collage and self-published magazines. Having lived in Spain and traveled widely, he treats every place as source material. His work centers on creation as a way of thinking.
